The game tells me that my account is already being used when I put my username in. What does it mean?

Fear not!

Check to make sure you correctly typed in all your login details (note that our system is case-sensitive). Maybe you recently changed your username or password and forgot about it. :)

It seems that you're trying to link your Facebook/Google account from in-game settings, that's why the game says that this FB/Google account is already in-use (linked to NN profile).

Go to the main menu – Garage – Profile – Edit/switch profile and tap a "NEW PLAYER" button. On the following screen, choose "Sign in with Facebook/Google", that should allow you to choose your FB/Google profile and log in with it.
