When contacting us, please include all the details you can remember about the account, such as

  • Your Username, Team Name. Please spell it exactly as it appears in the game, this information is case-sensitive.
  • What career stage, VIP level were you at before the problem occurred?
  • What cars did you have? Did any of them have special names?
  • What was the approximate amount of gold and cash in the game?
  • What was the email address linked to your profile?
  • Did you make any in-game purchases? If so, please send us copies of the receipts.
  • When was the last time you accessed the game?
