If you're having an issue with the subscription, make sure to contact us first using support@cm.games or contact button on any page of this FAQ. We'll do our best to help you with any questions.

But if you're absolutely sure you need to cancel it, here are the instructions.

iOS

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your account name.
3. Tap "Subscriptions".
4. Choose Nitro Nation Gold Subscription.
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription". If you don’t see "Cancel", the subscription is already cancelled and won't renew.

Android

1. Open the Google Play app.
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions" and then "Subscriptions".
3. Select Nitro Nation subscription.
4. Tap "Cancel subscription".
5. Follow the instructions.

Please, note that your past subscriptions can not be refunded. Your current subscription will continue to work after cancellation till the date it was paid.
